Session Fees
The fees below cover the time and talent of the photographer only. I have included prints in some of my session fees. See descriptions below for more information on what is included in each session. Additional prints are sold separately.
In order to hold your place on my schedule, session fees are due within 3 days of booking or 48 hours prior to the session, whichever comes first and are non-refundable. If you cancel with at least 48 hours notice, I will apply your session fee to another session at a later date. Session fees for sessions canceled with less than 48 hours or no-shows will not be returned or applied to another session.
Regular Session- $125
Includes 1-1.5 hours of shooting time at your chosen location, editing of 15-20 images for your viewing, a private gallery for you to view your proofs and one gift print (8x10 or smaller). Price includes up to 5 people. Larger groups will be charged an additional $15 per person.
Newborn Session- $200
Specialty session to capture your baby as he or she is in the first days of life. The best newborn photos are taken in the first 1-2 weeks after birth. This session includes up to a 4 hour session in your home. This amount of time is necessary to work around baby's needs and schedule in order to get those adorable newborn shots! I will bring props, wraps, blankets, etc., but if you have anything of special importance you would like in the photographs, I will be sure to include it! Mom and dad can be included in the photos at no extra charge, just let me know ahead of time so I can come prepared! The session includes at least 20 edited images, but I will edit as many good shots as I have so you have plenty to choose from. I will also include two gift prints (8x10 or smaller) or one 11x14 print. It's best to contact me when you are 6-8 months pregnant so I can plan to leave some openings in my schedule around your due date!
Belly and Baby Package- $250
A full length maternity session at the location of your choice (a $125 value) and a Newborn session (a $200 value), which includes two gift prints (8x10 or smaller) or one 11x14 print.
1 year/Cake Smash Session- $175 Includes 1-2 hours total shooting time in your home or at the location of your choice, including a 1 year photo shoot (up to 2 different outfits and 2 backgrounds with props of your choice) and a cake smash shoot, which includes a custom cake made to your specifications. This session also includes editing of at least 20 images, an online gallery for viewing your final images and three gift prints (8x10 or smaller). Click here for more information.
Baby's 1st Year Plan- $450
Includes a Newborn Session (a $200 value), a 1 year/Cake Smash Session (a $175 value), and two additional regular sessions within the first year (a $250 value). Add a maternity session or additional regular sessions during the baby's first year for $75 each.

Referral Program
Tell your friends and family about Three Ladybugs Photography to receive free prints! Each time a client reports that you referred them, you will receive a $25 credit to be applied to a print or digital image order on a future session! Credits will be given after referred client's session is paid for and completed. A limit of 2 referral credits can be used per family per session.
