Stroller Strides: Fitness for mom and fun for baby! Moms workout while entertaining their children! Instructors include learning themes so the kids not only see their moms working out, hear songs, but they also learn about letters, numbers, shapes, colors, the seasons, etc.
Body Back: An 8-week results-based program for moms who want their body back! They provide 2 intense workouts a week, nutritional guidance, and 24/7 support for all of their moms. They track weight, measurements, and fitness with our before-and-after assessments and pictures.
Body Back Down & Dirty: A 3-week version of Body Back to keep your metabolism burning calories between the seasons!

The Early Mama Bird Special ends on December 15th for our “Run, Mama, Run!” Marathon Training program that starts on January 2nd. We will train to run the Fort Collins, Colorado Marathon on May 4th.
