We were excited to hear that our friends were expecting their first. I was even more excited when they said they wanted me to do their maternity and newborn photos. In the week leading up to our session, I watched the weather closely, hoping for a nice day. When I first saw the forecast of snow for that day, I wasn't sure if it was a good or bad thing. It turned out to be a great thing as the fresh layer of snow gave us a beautiful landscape to shoot in.
